SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 3-4 business days from when your order was placed. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.  $5 flat rate shipping is via the United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail service and for DOMESTIC shipping only.  International customers will be charged $20 flat rate shipping.  For an additional charge, UPS may be used to accommodate gift baskets, overnight delivery or items requiring special attention.  Please contact us via service@sassymamaboutique.com if overnight shipping is required.  Though we cannot guarantee an overnight delivery, we make every effort to accommodate our customers' needs and will find the most efficient and cost-effective method available. We also offer international shipping. Rates for this service are based on weight and distance and may vary. 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase by sending an email to service@sassymamaboutique.com. Please reference your order number and reason for return in the email.  Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping charges required to return the item(s).  Products must be in their original packaging and clothing must be unwashed and unsoiled (with tags).  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to simply ask by e-mailing us. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Personalized,customized and edible products are non-refundable.  However, if we are responsible for a spelling error, we will gladly correct and replace the product  (shipping will be at our expense in this instance). 

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to a destination in Kentucky (6%).

GIFT WRAP

Some products ship directly from the supplier and may not have a gift-wrap option available.  If it is available, you will see the option listed on the product description screen.  In ALL cases, pricing is excluded from the packing slip and a free gift message can be included.   

WHOLESALE
